Lauren Vogel, ABA Therapist

Lauren earned her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Psychology, Sociology, and Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University. She is planning to pursue her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy next year.

Lauren has always been passionate about working with children who have autism and is very fortunate to have the opportunity to pursue that passion. Lauren's experience thus far, has been nothing but gratifying and rewarding. Although Lauren is new to the field of ABA, she hopes to gain all the knowledge and experience necessary to provide quality ABA services to children with autism.


Lisa Contardi, ABA Therapist

Lisa has been providing ABA Therapy in school, clinic and home settings for over six years. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Franklin Pierce College, where she became involved with a preschool program in a local New Hampshire school district, which solidified her desire to enter a field where she could help children grow and develop. After returning to Connecticut, Lisa began working in school systems around the state as an ABA Therapist in elementary, middle, and special education school settings. She has worked with a diverse population of students and has a passion for finding new ways to help kids.
 
Lisa holds a her Master's in School Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University. Since 2008, she has also been closely involved with tutoring and mentoring students in New Haven through an organization in the local community. Lisa is dedicated to promoting growth and success at all stages of child and adolescent development.

 
Jessica Savo, ABA Therapist

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent studies from Lasell College. She is planning to pursue her Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology next year.

Jessica has always been passionate about working with children ever since she was a little girl. She has had several years of personal experience with close family members who have autism.  She had an internship in which she assisted and facilitated groups addressing issues of teens. She also completed 300 internship hours in the Birth to Three setting. She strives to gain all of the essential knowledge and experience to make her an exceptional ABA Therapist. She finds herself very fortunate to be working in such a rewarding field and doing something she loves.



Sheri Del Sole, ABA Therapist

Sheri was born and raised in Milford, CT. She and her husband now live in West Haven with their two kittens. Sheri received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Fairfield University. While attending Fairfield University, she volunteered extensively at the Wakeman Boys and Girls Club in Southport. Sheri then went on to get her Masters in Elementary Education at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield. Initially, Sheri began her education career working with typical students but found her true passion working with those with special needs. She has been working as an ABA therapist in both a school and home setting for 3 years and absolutely loves it. Sheri is so excited to join the MR&A team and be a part of such a rewarding and fulfilling organization.


Louis Salado, ABA Therapist

Lou joins Michelle Ragozzine & Associates from a private special education school where he was employed as an ABA trainer. Lou previously worked at a magnet school in Hamden providing behavioral support on an individual basis to students. He earned a B.A in Psychology from Charter Oak State University and is currently working towards his certification in personal training from the International Sports Sciences Association. Lou plans to use this certification to provide personal training services to children with Autism. Additionally, Lou aspires to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.


Devon Unkel, ABA Therapist

Devon graduated from University of Connecticut in 2013 with a BA in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience. Her experience with special education started in high school when she volunteered as an art instructor and camp counselor at The Kennedy Center. Upon graduating from UCONN, Devon started working as an ABA therapist with children on the spectrum in the school and home settings. In her various positions, she worked with children of all ages and with varying needs. She is currently enrolled at The Sage Colleges pursuing a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism with the goal of becoming a BCBA. Devon is thrilled to be joining the MR&A team and feels very fortunate to work in such a rewarding field.

Sean O'Brien, ABA Therapist

Sean graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science degree. At SCSU he studied Community Recreation and was a member of the men’s soccer team.During his years at SCSU Sean was able to work at the Arden House in Hamden where he spent a semester helping people with Alzheimer’s. Working at the Arden House was a chance for Sean to help others with daily tasks and sparked an interest in him to help others, which he has been pursuing ever since. 

After college, Sean had the opportunity to travel to Germany to pursue a career in soccer. While playing and coaching in Germany he was also able to work for an after school program at Katrina Von Bora Middle School teaching English to the students through sport. It was here where his passion for helping people grew even greater. Once he returned from Germany in 2014, Sean continued coaching soccer (at Notre Dame High School of West Haven) and began working as a paraprofessional with a student with autism at John S. Martinez School in New Haven
.
 


Fabienne Prince, ABA Therapist

Fabienne graduated from Becker College in 2010 with a BA in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She began gaining experience in the field prior to graduating by taking necessary courses and completing her direct practicum hours. Upon completion of her degree Fabienne began working with individuals of all ages diagnosed with Autism. Throughout the years Fabienne has served as an ABA therapist in a residential setting, home based setting, school inclusion and adult day services. Her experience and training primarily began in Massachusetts.

In Fall 2015 Fabienne began taking courses towards her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Arizona State University. Her ultimate goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has had experience with writing IEP's, implementing behavior intervention plans, and training staff members and parents. She is extremely excited to begin working for MR&A and is looking forward to making a difference in the lives of those whose paths she crosses.

Kinder Gallo, ABA Therapist 

Kinder graduated in 2015 with her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Sacred Heart University.  She is currently pursuing her Master of Science from Northeastern University in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in Early Intervention. Once she has completed her MS at NEU she plans to obtain certification to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  
 
Kinder began her work in the field in 2012 at a private school where she provided one to one behavior support to children with disabilities. In this role she worked closely with speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and special education teachers to implement goals across areas of development. Additionally, Kinder has provided ABA therapy and respite through a private agency as well as the Department of Developmental Services.
Lisa Chiodi, ABA Therapist 

Lisa Chiodi is a recent graduate of Iona College, receiving her B.A. in Speech Pathology and Audiology. While at Iona Lisa was responsible for creating full Speech Assessments which also included suggesting therapy for her assigned client. She also completed an internship at a public school in Greenwich as part of her Bachelor's degree. Through her tenure at Iona, Lisa’s compassion for children with developmental disabilities proved what an asset she would be to the field of ABA Therapy.
Michael Magnotta, ABA Therapist 

In 2014, Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University. He plans to attend graduate school for his Master’s in Behavior Analysis, in pursuit of his BCBA. Michael is certified in CPR, First Aid, AED, and PMT. He also possesses a DCF Medication Certification.

Since graduating from CCSU, Michael has worked as a job coach with young individuals on the autism spectrum. In this position, he was responsible for teaching life skills and implementing behavior modification plans. Michael is a compassionate and driven person who enjoys assisting others and is an integral part of the MR&A team.

Jessica Evarts, ABA Therapist


Jessica earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Elementary/Special Education from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY in 2016. In addition to her studies in New York, Jessica had the pleasure of studying abroad in Florence, Italy for nearly half a year. She was able to travel throughout Europe which was an amazing opportunity. 

Jessica completed a semester of student teaching in both a general education classroom as well as a social-emotional classroom, where she was able to work with children of various needs and backgrounds. This is where she became interested in ABA, and realized it was what she wanted to do. Since her graduation, Jessica has been working as an ABA Therapist for children with autism in home settings. She is extremely excited to be working at MR&A! 
Dana Lombardo, ABA Therapist 

Dana graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2013 with a bachelors in general studies and 
a concentration in psychology. She has a brother with special needs and has always been a big 
advocate for Autism Awareness. Growing up with a brother who is on the spectrum has changed 
Dana's whole outlook on life and the needs of others. She has volunteered for Special Olympics, 
special needs golf, bikes for kids and many other related causes supporting her brother and 
his group of friends with intellectual disabilities. She wants to continue to spread Autism 
Awareness to her community and society. Dana is hoping to pursue a Master's degree in Marriage 
& Family Therapy and eventually open her own private practice.
