Andy Geltman, MS, OTR/L

Andy is a dedicated occupational therapist, passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential through play-based, functional, and family-centered interventions. Andy earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Springfield College, where he gained comprehensive training in evidence-based practice, assessment and intervention for children with diverse developmental and physical needs. Before completing his Master’s Degree, Andy obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College. 

Before transitioning to a career as an occupational therapist, Andy spent 13 years working as an electrical installer at the Sikorsky Aircraft division of Lockheed Martin. His decision to switch careers was driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, leading him to pursue a path where he could have a more direct and lasting impact.

Andy’s diverse background supports a compassionate, well-rounded approach to therapy focusing on building children’s confidence, independence, and engagement in everyday activities while fostering collaboration with families, caregivers, and educational teams. Andy is excited to offer occupational therapy services at MR&A, providing children and families with comprehensive, high-quality care in a familiar and supportive environment.
