What you can expect

• All full-time staff are guaranteed 40 hours per week at their full rate. This means no worrying how much your paycheck will be like with other ABA companies! If a client cancels, you still work and you still get paid.
• Flexible schedules allow staff to take classes, pick up their kids from school, or explore other opportunities while working for us.
• All staff start with 4 weeks of PTO and they accrue more the longer they work for us. We are also flexible to allow unpaid time off. We understand everyone needs time to rest and recharge.
• We offer a comprehensive training program that allows you to obtain your RBT while working for us and we reimburse you the cost of the test after a year of employment. No staff will be sent to work with a client without extensive training and support.
• We offer an intensive mentorship program for graduate students so you are completely confident by the time you are ready to sit for the exam.
